Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Chuck brings a strong understanding of the local community, building requirements, current trends, and coastal construction considerations. With over 25 years of experience and a background in architectural, structural, and civil design, he works directly with homeowners to plan and build custom homes, staying involved from initial planning through final walkthrough.

By intentionally limiting the number of projects underway at any given time, Chuck ensures each home receives hands-on attention, craftsmanship, and accountability. The result is a straightforward building process and a finished home built right.
